Our good friends at SMUD are making it even easier to make your home more comfortable this winter while saving you money too.

On top of their generous rebate program, they have reduced their interest rate from 10.75% to 5.5%!  This rate is only available for projects in the Home Performance Program.  As with any loan program there are certain conditions that apply.  The maximum loan amount is $20,000 and you have your choice of loan terms from 12 months to 120 months.  This gives you the opportunity in many cases to match your loan payment with the expected savings on your utility bills, making the goal of a comfortable and safe home easily within reach.
